About Segway Lakeview

We start off with a short period of familiarisation and training, teaching you everything you need to know.

Then off we go. Starting off slowly around the lake, gaining confidence. Then your Segway PT will be governed to give you greater speed as we go in to a woodland, over gravel, woodchips and grass; then off-road around the edge of the Goss Moor, around a huge meadow, finishing up on the Valley of Eleven Hills. On the way we do uphill and downhill technique, helping you grow in confidence and in competence.

It’s a real ‘hoot'. You may go from novice to being quite an expert during the tour!

There will be time for some photos of your experience.

You will be supervised to ensure everybody’s safety. The tour lasts a good hour or more.

Who can enjoy a Segway Adventure?

You will need to be:

• at least 7 stones (45kg) in weight but no more than 18½ stones (117kg).
• at least 52" (4ft 4")(132cm) in height.
  
  No age restrictions, although:
  
  
• under 15 year olds must be accompanied by a supervising adult.
• 16 and 17 year olds can ride unsupervised, but cannot supervise a child.
